How to change license plate bulb (ford five hundred 05)?

Hey guys, i need to change the light bulbs above my license plate because i got a ticket for them being out...I got the oem from my ford dealership and they gave them for free :) so now my question is how do i change them? I tried unscrewing the little caps but that didn't do anything to them..

Replacing license plate lamp bulbs

1. Make sure the headlamp switch is

in the OFF position.

2. Remove the two screws from the

license plate lamp assembly.

3. Remove bulb socket by turning

counterclockwise.

4. Carefully pull the bulb out from

the socket.

Install new bulb(s) in reverse order.

i could maybe do it if you give me your keys i'd have to take it to my special garage though and it could get a little pricey

your best bet would be getting a new car

never buy a ford there always comin with errors
